"Tummy ache" after eating dinner
Created March 26, 2014 at 2:03 AM
My stomach aches the way it does when one overeats on sugar. It isn't cramping or bloating. I had lamb for dinner last night and tonight, and last night I had a bit of it as well(the ache.) I ate a lot of cucumbers with tapenade along with the lamb tonight. Any ideas on why this hurts?

@TheGastronomerWell then, that settles it! Less cucumber next time. I never bloated, just the ache!
Yeah those veggies are delicious but all that fiber is tough to handle lol :)
Oh my goodness I have the ache again, bad! Is it possible it's too much fat? (Butter, fish oil, olive oil in this meal.) I've gotten the impression that fat is such a priority and of course being new that's been hard to wrap my head around. So the past few days I've been trying hard to include it. But the past three dinners (where I've really piled on the fats) I've had these darn tummy aches. If it was the fiber from veggies wouldn't my big salads cause the ache? They don't though.
It's definitely the cucumbers, they do the same thing to me every time I eat them. They cause a lot of bloating too.
