Hey there, new here and so first of all, HI - thx for your great informations :)
I read alot, so never had any question couse most is well answered here already. I am paleo maybe 5 or 6 weeks now. I dont expect wonders in that time, but already had some improvements so I feel it is a good way to eat healthy. Best improvement is no more diaherra and hemorrhoids.
Only thing that I still have to quit is milk - I know it hurts my body but still can not stop drinking cofe with milt. But step by step :)
So now to my question: Becouse sometimes I have very dry skin, sometimes not, I would like to check what I eat and how I feel with it. Also sometimes I sleep like a stone, sometimes I need hours to get in sleep and wake up like I fought myself at night. :) Actually I would like to write down every single food I eat and also my emotional/physical mod to get something like a statistic. So that I maybe can see, that always when I am eating this, I feel like that. Maybe when there is a periode of some month, there are some indications.
Hope I did explain clearly what I mean, motherlanguage is german and my english is a bit rusty ;)
Greetings and thx, sant0s
edit: to make my question more precise, I am searching for a Software were I can write in all that Input. Important is, that I can add rows and columns and it should be able to to it with date/time.

I don't know if I understood you're post completely, but fitday is a great website to make it easy to log your food intake. It's not designed for paleo, but if you ignore the macronutrient recommendations it can be quite useful.
If you have dry skin I would suggest upping your saturated fat intake majorly, through things like grassfed beef, pastured nitrate free bacon, eggs cooked in butter, and expeller pressed coconut oil. This should do many other great things for you other than fix your dry skin.
Finally, if you want to use something better than milk in you're coffee, try coconut oil, it tastes great!

I like Cronometer.com for tracking food, notes, and biometrics. I don't know if it would do all you are looking for as far as output and data manipulation, but it would help you track it.
Have you tried bulletproof coffee? It's butter and coconut oil blended with coffee. It's delicious. :)

I exchanged regular milk pre-paleo (in fact I was actually having delactated skimmed milk!) for coconut milk and I'm loving so much the swap that I don't really think about milk anymore. As suggested, some people go with coconut oil, I agree that it might be superior from a nutritional standpoint but I feel that the milk goes better with coffee/tea, from what you say I suspect you would agree.
As for the software thing, I'm already creating my own :) but it's non functional yet, I currently use ShapeUp but from what I have read maybe the other already reported options might be superior, some features need the premium version which I paid for as it's pretty inexpensive but it can be a no-no for some if there are any better and free alternatives. Try and stick with the one you like more :D
