So confused about where to begin

I am a very poor person. I also have been encouraged to go pale and I am impressed by what I've read. I have no idea where to begin. Every time I start to write a grocery list, I am overwhelmed by the cost. Could you some advice. Or better yet a series of grocery lists that would cost no more than $30 a week in a city with a very high standard of living. Because I seriously have no idea where to start.

Ox/beef liver.

Beef bones.

Stewing beef/lamb.

Onions/garlic/herbs.

Side of salmon - slice your own portions.

Canned oysters.

Eggs and more eggs.

Pork belly.

Coconut oil refined, from Asian store.

Butter ghee - shop around.

Cider vinegar.

Frozen spinach/peppers.

Whole tomatoes.

Potatoes.

Potato starch from Asian store.

White rice/noodles.

Kefir from Polish store.

Sodium bicarbonate from Asian store.

The Perfect Health Diet book - you might get a used copy on Amazon.

Not expensive. In fact cheap - perhaps the most expensive part is the energy to cook the ingredients.

Asian stores are full of stuff that's sold at a huge mark up elsewhere. It's an eye opener.
