It's been two years since I've been completely Paleo. I was in the best shape of my life, but I fell off the wagon. Can any recent Paleo beginners give some advice on how to jump in?

Whenever I fall off the "paleo" bandwagon, I have to go back to the roots and do some reading. As a reminder of why I started eating this way, I return to It Starts With Food by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig.
I do this for two reasons...
#1: It reminds me why I should eat certain foods and why I shouldn't eat others.
#2: It usually kicks starts a Whole30 reset. I need those 30 days to remind me how good I feel when I eat real food and to remind me what causes inflammation.
So there you go. I'm in the same boat you are, so I can relate. 2014 is about to boot up, and I'm ready to return to good eating.
