I started this lifestyle change a few weeks ago and have noticed some weight loss. Started at 303lbs and am now at 295. I'm 6'2 and moderately active. I travel quite a bit for work and I have to eat out on the road.
For breakfast I eat a couple eggs and left over meat from the night before. I eat a salad or steak sandwich for lunch (my wife and I eat out at lunch and I don't eat the bread). For dinner I usually have some cooked meat (steak, burgers, roast, pork...) and veggies or salad. I saut?? with coconut oil and use home made Italian dressing for salad. I don't eat pasta or bread or any grains for that matter. It's pretty simply meat, veggies, & some fruit.
We're still waiting on the grassfed beef. The eggs are farm eggs from a friend of mine and the veggies are from a local market.
Here's my question: Based on those qualifications, would the experts say that I'm living a mostly paleo lifestyle? If I'm close but not quite there, please provide tips to help me get to a 95% paleo lifestyle.

As long as "sandwich" meant with no bread, and "simply meat, veggies, & some fruit" includes plenty of those veggies, I can't say your "lifestyle" is paleo, but your diet is pretty much there.
Just make sure to continue getting a variety of veggies and fruits - it sounds like you have the meat down, except that you didn't mention fish or other seafood, which you should be eating as often as steak, ideally (though hard on the road, I know).

I'd say you have the basic diet down. I agree some more seafood would probably be good. Don't worry about the grass-fed, I get it when I can, but I'm poor. And I've had great results with regular grocery store meats.
For the non-diet elements... Are you getting enough sleep? enough sun? Most important, how do you feel?
