On the last 2 years I can not tolerate any starches, including potato, banana, rice and all kind of flours. After eating starches I have feever, terrible headache, weakness, heartburn with a pain in my chest, and a terrible pain at the right side of my stomach. I have began to use almond flour instead of weat flour, but it is not enough. I have consulted 4 different gastro physicians, and none of them could find the reason. I feel tired of searching for cure, and I feel tired of walking with a blowing fat stomach - but I believe there is a cure. Has anybody had such symptoms after eating starches, and found a way to cure himself???

You've likely got one or more of these issues: H. Pylori (highly likely due to the bloating immediately after eating starches), low stomach acid (which allows gut bacteria to proliferate), and perhaps SIBO.
The first thing to do is get rid of the starches. Get tested by your doctor for H. Pylori - you might or might not have it.
There's a hydrogen and methane breath test and a lactulose test, you can do for the SIBO to figure out if you've got methane/hydrogen producting bacteria in the SIBO - this will help decide what kind of antibiotics to use. You might also want to get tested for candidosis. Candida is a yeast that's a normal part of gut flora, but if your bacteria is the wrong kind or too few, candida can take over and cause issues.
Once you figure out what the issues are, you can start addressing them. Your doc can also provide the right antibiotics to deal with these. H. Pylori can be easily dealt with by antibiotics as can SIBO.
H. Pylori's kryptonite is mastica gum. Sadly it's expensive, but it can be bought in pill form. Also zinc and Betaine HCL can help get rid of it. Sulforaphane can help (broccoli sprouts, or just broccoli) Also see: http://suppversity.blogspot.com/2014/12/natural-h-pylori-treatment-and-brief.html - L. Rueteri if you can get it is an H. Pylori antagonist, but you can't take it with antibiotics or essential oils as it would kill it. So maybe after the treatment.
Some essential oils such as clove can help if you've got candida issues, but can help against gut flora too. Oregano oil is kind of like a tactical nuke for SIBO: use only a few drops and disolve it in another oil or hot liquid. It can kill off your entire gut flora if you're not careful. Too much can cause a Herxheimer reaction as the bacteria release their toxins into your gut as they die, so about half an hour after you use essential oils, take some Activated Charcoal to absorb LPS and other toxins. Do all this on an empty stomach, and don't eat anything for a while. Once you've dealt with it, you can then replace your gut flora with probiotics, preferrably SBOs such as Prescript Assist.
For now in terms of food, avoid anything fermentable. You could also try an elemental diet for a week. This is predigested food, disgusting and expensive, in shake form. But it can be used to starve out SIBO and such.
Once the SIBO/H. Pylori, or whatever's messing you up is gone, you will need to take some probiotics, preferably SBO's like Prescript Assist, or fermented foods.
There's a wonderful SIBO guide here: http://balancedbites.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/SimplifyingSIBO_BalancedBites.pdf
There's a link inside the PDF to this page which has a lot of resources: http://www.siboinfo.com/handouts.html

Hope this helps.

I want to thank you for your comprehensive answer. I appreciate your caring. I have already checked the possibility of H Pylori by breath test and Celiac disease, and both are negative. A nutrition I have consulted with thinks I have low stomac acid - as you have written above. I have begun to drink a lemn juice with some water every morning, and it realy helps me to get rid of the hard heartburn I had, and the bad smell in my mouth. but my stomac is still heavy like a balloon. Could you advice me how to treat low stomac acid? Thanks in any case. Lea
