I'll make this good n concise because it's a fait amount of info
When I eat carrots, butternut squash, applesauce, sweet potato, parsnips, I have tummy troubles. This also happens with nuts but it is the worst with the above vegetables. When I eat low carb I just feel better, but I feel a sort of feeling in my throat like gas, a burp, is coming up when I eat VLC. I had gone VLC before and used various natural antibiotics such as peppermint oil and oregano oil, and also took probiotics. Is it possible I have sibo that feeds on starch only? I can eat squash just fine, and I feel better eating blueberries than I do bananas or carrots. Eating the first foods i mention can cause me to get a slight adrenaline rush after eating which really sucks.
TL;DR Could I stil have SIBO? will I ever be able to enjoy carby vegetables again?
I can eat avocado and broccoli, etc onions with little problems, and these are fodmaps, I dont get it.
