It's run by some girl named Patrice. The top user is Melissa-sliceblendchop. There's also a surgeon who goes by the name Blanket, and two Indian guys named Kunal and Kunal.

None of the first paragraph is true. But there is a question. Do you use any other stackexchange sites for non-paleo things? They're just so darned purdy. Do other "diets" have stackexchange sites, like vegan/raw/etc? I consider paleohacks to be the best single website to ask questions on paleo nutrition, but am interested if there are similar sites dealing with cooking/exercise/brain/etc.

Dr. Kruse is Michael Jackson's son? Now I'm really confused.

Meta Stack Overflow is the place to go to ask meta questions and get meta answers not just about Stack Overflow but also about all the official stack exchange websites (english, math, bicycles, etc. -- see Ambimorph's link) and, indirectly, about sites that are not official stack exchange websites but use stack exchange (the most prominent example being the end-all be-all of internet websites: paleohacks.com). If you are as super nerdy as I am about the details of our website and how it works, you can go there and learn about those details. As an example, read about how to get the "Critic" badge even if you don't deserve it. What fun!

There's a good list on Stack Exchange. I use Stack Overflow a lot for programming tips, though more to get answers than to give. I also use MetaOptimize, which is for machine learning, natural language processing, artificial intelligence, etc.
