Are their any clean sources of spirulina and sea vegetables? Where is a good place to forage? I live in Lima Peru so I would appreciate general advice.

Nutrex, Hawaii, sells a great product that is really clean. It is grown in a BioSecure Zone on Kona island, on a special farm, and have been on the market for 25 yars. Talking about good quality - they use 2 sources of pure water: Hawaiian aquifer water and deep ocean water. I also found it to be the best tasting compared to a few other sources I tried. Easy to get over Internet.

There are several organic aquatic greens powders that mix with water, juice, or into a smoothie. This article gives a rundown of some great choices. (Scroll to the bottom for brand specifics.)
