I eat cheese and butter (Kerrygold) from grass-fed cows as it is of much higher quality. I was wondering if the same would matter for Sour Cream? Any brands that you guys recommend? Thank you for the help!

Of course it matters. Wallaby organic European sour cream is the only sour cream I've found that doesn't have crappy powdered skim-milk thickeners in it and is mostly pastured. I'm sure there are smaller label brands out there but that's the best national brand I know of.

I use Kalona Supernatural organic sour cream. I find it has the best flavor - strong and creamy. The ingredients are: Certified Organic Grade A Milk, Organic Grade A Cream, Organic Skim Milk, Cultures.
Here is more info about the cows they use: http://www.kalonasupernatural.com/faqs/#what-type-of-cows-does-your-milk-come-from
