How can I boost strength of sore leg muscles by tomorrow!?

I decided to ask the knowlegeible paleo community about how to get back in the game for my landscapoing work tommorow and I thank you in advance.

I have sore legmuscles from

a. Overuse

b. side effect of a drug I just stopped causing vasoconstriction (constricted blood essels.

This job involves walking up hill with heavy loads of mulch. Bulletproof coffee is a definite as well as a high protein breakfast with healthy starch.

But what about ephedrine? Would that give me the extra boost I need like it has in the past or only make vasoconstriction worse? I also head niacin reduces this effect so would naicin be reccomended?

Also what exercised can I do (like stretching) to prepare my musles so they don't tire out/lock up and what else can I eat or take?

Thank you in advance as this is my main source of income right now and I just need to perform on this job.

Hmm thanks man it certainly would be helpful to track nutrition. I'm just not sure if my muscles need more glucose or fat right now so I guess for tomorrow I'll be sure to get a lot of both but not too much butter/coconut oil in the coffee or I end up with indigestion

I highly recommend using something like cronometer.com to see exactly what you're eating now. I was surprised at the gap between my actual numbers and what I thought they were.

Interesting. Maybe I'm not fat adapted yet (new to bulletproof coffee.) Would bulletproof coffee with more or less fat be good? I assume fat would help but those muscles surely need carbs too.

Chelated magnesium glycinate FTW And perhaps a little bit of carbs. When I'm not fat-adapted, my legs are the first to feel the burn.
