So, my most recent period was the 3rd week of November. For more than a week preceding it, I had the worst case of tender boobahs I've ever had. Even wearing wire-free bras were murder (I have A-cups). It took two weeks for the aching to subside,... (more)

Hi guys, I'm sorry for not asking a paleo question per se, but I would like somebody else's opinion and from somebody whose first response isn't always to go to the doctor and get lots of pills to swallow. I realise people here aren't doctors and... (more)
I've been doing CrossFit for a year and a half or so, and I've realized that none of the workouts from around the past two months have made me feel sore in the slightest???and these aren't "active recovery" WODs, either. I recently hit a 15 lb... (more)

one way to find out more - if you have a running store that offers gait analysis, that can tell a lot about your stride as well as how you stand. Some foot orthotics shops offer same service. If there isn't one near you, a podiatrist (or... (more)

I love drinking unsweetened cocoa in hot water, and eating the odd bit of dark chocolate. My throat is always a bit sore afterwards, why might that be? Something irritating about chocolate?
From what I've read, gluten intolerance (or just allergies and inflammation in general) can cause everything from a headache to cancer. So, sure, itchy eyes seems pretty straight forward.
