Which is a better option for a daily snack?

I'm trying to lower my body fat% so which is worse, having a 1/2 cup of pistachios or having 1-2 servings of fruits a day such as a grapefruit and a pear? or is it okay to have both?

Give us the data....

gender, age, ht, wt, waist, body fat %

Starting points & now... and how long between

what you eat: foods & qtys

what you do: activity, duration, frequency

Are you healthy or metabolically broken? pre-diabetic? T1? T2?

Autoimmune issues?

My best guess.. the best combo is 1/4 cup pistachios & a grapefruit would be your ultimate fat loss snack, just kidding.

1/2 cup pistachios = 350 calories

Pear & Grapefruit = 190 calories
