What is your ULTIMATE Youbars.com customized paleo-style snack bar?

I just discovered this site tonight while browsing current Groupon deals - it allows you to pick single elements (almonds, almond butter, dates, cocoa powder, etc.) and assemble them for a box of individually-wrapped, customized snack bars sent to your doorstep. Could be very useful for travelling, hiking and camping, etc.

If you had to customize your ultimate Youbars.com snack bar, what elements would you chose?

I love the fact that you can see the Nutrition Data box and included allergens in the upper right corner, and they change as you add or subtract elements. Only wish that youbars had macadamia nuts!

Related: If you've tried them and really love any of the combinations you've tried, post with your combination(s)!

And: if the bars were not only customizable but also played a mean game of Ultimate Frisbee...well, they'd be worth the price, then, wouldn't they?? :)

The Groupon offer ~halved the cost of the bars (though still expensive).

Only thing caught my eye here was Ultimate and my brain perked up: ooh Frisbee! Then disappointment.

I like some of those options but they're *Way* too expensive for me!

I tried the Tanka bar and could barely get it down. The only reason I managed was because it had cost me almost $3 for the one bar.

Seriously - that caught my eye, too. Wish that sweet potatoes could be used as simultaneous binder/sweetener (at least if it could be achieved without heavy processing).

Hey, if there were jerky or other meat bars whose taste/seasoning profiles were highly customizable, I'd be on board: Sesame Ginger, Chili Cacao, Chipotle Lime, Bourgignon... :)

Kinda snarky but i love how they say brown rice syrup is great for athletes:) Im not trying to come down too hard but I wonder what they mean. Seems like you're going to end up with a larabar type thing.

Yeah, I thought about getting these for someone busy/special, but for that price you could get Tanka bars, which have meat in them. I'd also be more likely to get these if they had macadamia butter or coconut butter as a base. I wonder if I could make em myself...

When is someone coming out with a bison heart bar? LOL.

I used to get these but really haven't had much need for snack bars lately, and they're expensive, but delish!

My combo: Almond Butter base Pumpkin Seeds Organic Black Mission Figs Organic Dried Apple (less fruit)

Simple, but great. They're pretty crumbly with this combo but it was the best tasting and highest protein combo possible. Also their customer service is top notch.

I'd simply specify my bar to made like the US Wellness Meat's plain pemmican:

http://www.grasslandbeef.com/Detail.bok?no=531

I'd select simply grass fed tallow (beef, bison, large game) and the dried meat of that animal. Plus a pinch of salt! I make my own from time to time, and my supply is running low. Time to fire up the dehydrator. Too bad the "youbars" don't have the meaty/fatty option!

Tanka bars are a letdown as they have sparse fat (yay, "lowfat"! Harumph!) and added sugar a plenty.
