Snacks for MCAT exam?

What kind of snacks should I bring for the MCAT? It's a fairly long test with two 10 min breaks. Pre-meds usually bring energy bars and gatorade, but obviously those are out of the question. I'm leaning towards Fage full fat yogurt, a lara bar, and water? What did you bring for the MCAT or for similar graduate school entrance exams?

Thank you in advance!

I'm planning to have bulletproof coffee before the 8am exam along with a green smoothie (kale, spinach, coconut milk, berries). I think more coffee might make me too jittery. I might consider cashews and coconut flakes.
