I have finally reached the point with Paleo where I am totally satiated and can go hours (6 or more) without feeling hungry. This is awesome! Am I the only one who feels like food gets in your way? On the other hand, I am guilty of being a bored eater at times. I still munch paleo style (nuts, etc.) but I do not really need it. There are sometimes I go hours at work without having anything to do (I'm not complaining..I still get paid)and find myself reaching for the sunflower seeds or raw cashews. What are your go to to paleo snacks and if you have suggestions like chug water or stalk everyone on paleohacks when you get bored, let me know. ;)
