Hola,

So I'm sitting here with chipmunk cheeks and a very sore jaw. I just had two impacted wisdom teeth pulled and the doctor told me not to eat solids or hot liquids for 3 days

Any paleo suggestions. The Dr said icecream but I'm tryin to avoid a binge :D

Use eggs for protein. They will make it quite thick though, so add more water to thin it out.

Bone broth! Pureed Soups. Coconut milk and fish broth with garlic. Coconut oil in lots of things.

If you tolerate dairy, then I'd suggest a kefir smoothie made with fruit/minimal honey.

Pumpkin soups are delish--use bone broth or stock as a base, add some fresh herbs & seasonings to the pot while it's simmering, and mix the pumpkin in. Adding in some cooked shredded meat would be good too.
