Do you mean a device that vaporizes water to increase humidity or a device for vaporizing THC from marijuana? If you want humidity (commonly known as a humidifier) you are mostly safe, just be aware that any bacteria in the water can become airborne and create serious health risks. If you mean drug paraphernalia, call your local Child Protective Agency and ask them for a full list of risks/benefits.

As an avid pot smoker, I believe that you really shouldn't start smoking until you're at least 16.

But vaporizing isn't smoking so.....
