Every time I eat I almost immediately get uncontrollable tired and zonk - into deep sleep. For example this morning I had a very small bowl of organic yoghurt with a clove of garlic minced into it - 2 minutes late - GONE- and now I fee like I have a hangover and eyes sunken into sockets. It doesn't seem to matter what food - nearly everything sets me off - sometimes even a cup of black coffee. I have sought explanations from doctors for years with no success. I am now marginally diabetic but keep BG under pretty close control without medication. Any suggestions welcomed - could it be lactose intolerance I wonder?
