What do you all infer from the image below?
Robb Wolf says to sleep at 10pm to maximize melatonin production but it appears to be a bit earlier here (9pm). But it doesn't stop until 7:30am either so perhaps something in the middle (10pm - 12am) makes most sense? With testosterone secretion peaking at 9am, is that when we should be making babies? Eating meat at dinnertime after we have the strength to catch it? What else can you think of?
