For the past 2 years, this has been me.....
1 am - 7 am fully energized.
7 am - 1 am just want to sleep.
Anyway, I can make little improvements but for the most part, I just sleep way too much, will have some energy from 3 pm - 6pm where I will do one errand then be exhausted, and no matter what I just am too energized at night, and not during the day.
I'm not looking for any suggestions, just for anyone who can relate.

It sounds like your cortisol cycle is flipped. It's a fairly common problem, but one that you can begin fixing today. I would read Jack Kruse's blog posts about the circadian rhythm. Paul Jaminet also has an excellent chapter in his book about this light cycle. In short, artificial lights and digital entertainment are your enemies!
