Really messed up sleep schedule

For the past 2 years, this has been me.....

1 am - 7 am fully energized.

7 am - 1 am just want to sleep.

Anyway, I can make little improvements but for the most part, I just sleep way too much, will have some energy from 3 pm - 6pm where I will do one errand then be exhausted, and no matter what I just am too energized at night, and not during the day.

I'm not looking for any suggestions, just for anyone who can relate.

I can relate. 2am here and I'm about to cook up some rice and chicken.

It sounds like your cortisol cycle is flipped. It's a fairly common problem, but one that you can begin fixing today. I would read Jack Kruse's blog posts about the circadian rhythm. Paul Jaminet also has an excellent chapter in his book about this light cycle. In short, artificial lights and digital entertainment are your enemies!

Im right there with you. Havent fallen asleep yet and its after 7 am. Hoping to get to aleep from 8 am to 11 am if im lucky. My sleep has sucked since i started low carbing it.
