Paleo a solution to skin issues?

I've had both a cyst and a wart (ack! gross), the same ones, for years. I have tried everything in order to get rid of them. I have seen doctors, to which they have said the cyst is not cancerous therefore it is simply an unfortunate cosmetic issue, and I have frozen the wort many times, and it's always come back.

Out of nowhere, both the cyst and wort disappeared, just like that! Gone. I cannot recall anything else I've changed in order for this to happen, besides of course, going paleo seven months ago.

Could this be a contributing factor?

Both of those things can be the result of an impaired immune system, congrats you're healthier than you were.

I used to be plagued by flat warts all over my legs and hands, and after a magnesium sulphate drip, I got really itchy for about a week and then all the warts disappeared.

If the cyst comes back, you can put iodine straight on it too.

I had alopecia for about a year when I was mostly vegetarian/vegan-- about four bald spots ranging in size. Earlier this year I was doing research for two months in the middle of nowhere overseas, where we only had mutton to eat every single day. All of my hair grew back. Was enough proof for me to get started eating Paleo.

I'm an eczema sufferer and after being told that milk/dairy or gluten or pulses are common issues, I've decided to go paleo! Am I still ok to supplement fish oil does anyone know?

I've also been told that red meat can inflame eczema but there's no way in hell I'm giving up my steak!

I've had some skin tags disappear after 12 weeks on Paleo diet. And I've read other blogs where this has occurred. Just another bonus of eating like a Caveman or Cavewoman..lol CHEERS!
