Little white bumps...

My 8 year old has been eating paleo (most of the time) for the last 30 days with us (her parents). She takes fermented cod-liver oil and high vitamin butter oil daily and has for 2 years. She has little white bumps, milia I think, all over the backs of her arms and a couple on her face. I thought I read somewhere that these were due to insufficient vitamin A...true? Any thoughts or advice? It is sometimes a struggle to get her to eat what I feel are decent amounts of meat and fat. She is also going through and anti-egg phase...sigh.

Backs of her arms sounds like keratosis pilaris. There are lots of topical treatments for KP...do research on what you're comfortable with; I'd start with a sulfur soap on a little one like that.
