Hi guys, long time since I've been on this forum, I've kind of drifted away from paleo, perhaps because I've been on Prozac for the last six months (came off a month ago) and am no longer depressed and as a result perhaps not so orthorexic
I had a footlong wheat sub from subway a few days ago and that night I was itching all over my body and still am a little bit, though it's faded. I still have quite bad skin and dark circles but since I stopped wheat the other day and started eating white rice instead I've had a bit more energy and started to feel a little better.
Could it be that I have a wheat allergy or intolerance? How many people benefit from pelao for this same reason where others thrive on a standard diet? If I am able to stay away from wheat (and dairy as I have quit that too) strictly (where before I wasn't actually that strict) will I eventually see the skin improve, the dark circles fade and energy start to appear?
