Do you find yourself going "paleo" in non-food ways?

At the beginning of the Lifestyle, I laughed at comments I had seen about DIY toothpaste, shampoo, etc. I thought - "Now that's just going TOO FAR!"

But here I am, striving to DIY E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G from deodorant to shaving cream. I love it! The changes on my face using olive oil face wash, coconut oil makeup remover, coffee/honey exfoliation, apple cider vinegar toner, and flower oil moisturizer has been amazing. I want to change it all! Have you found yourself considering more paleo-ish (non-food) hacks to life since changing your eating habits? And if so, what's your favorite?

I know this sounds a bit bland, but I walk places a whole lot more than I used to. Sure, it helps that my job is only a mile away from home. So there and back is a good daily 2 miles. And with my new Christmas present, I believe I'll be doing a little outside running too. Yaxtraks may not be as "paleo" as barefoot running, but I'm not about to barefoot run on ice and through snow...

I squat on the toilet now instead of sitting. I ain't going back, no matter what food I choose to eat. Poops are so much more satisfying/efficient/productive now.

back when i became a raw vegan in 2009, i ditched all that stuff and starting making my own. i still continue to do that since i made the switch to paleo. i don't really consider it "paleo." i just consider it a natural way of living and much cheaper.
