I am a 48 year old women who just has a physical which was normal. But since then I have had a burning sensation on my feet, legs and sort of all over. No rash. I am getting blood work soon for Vitamin B, D, folic acid. I also have a small bump on my leg that looks like a pimple which itches. My doctor looked at it but was not concerned, but the itching is annoying. Any idea what the burning could be? I hope it does not mean I may get shingles. Could it be menapause? Another separate concern I have had for a while is that while I am falling asleep, I gasp for air. I have trouble breathing. I went to a GI doctor who does not think its a gi issues. I did at a home sleeping study which was normal. I'm reluctant to do an in the lab sleeping study. I don't have any breathing issues throughout the day. I am 5'4 and 140 pounds. My diet is not extremely healthy, but I do eat grains and dairy. I walk for a half hour everyday. Relatively healthy. I also had my gallbladder removed many years ago.
