Did you see the paleo mention in the recent costco connection?

As usual, Paleo's getting more and more mentions.

Lots of us paleo folks shop at Costco or other warehouses, and I find it awesome to see this puff piece that mentions Michelle Tam, Diane Sanfilippo and Mark Sission and provides a couple of recipes. Mentions that Mark is a Costco member too...

There's not much on what the paleo diet is, but it does mention a quote by Michelle Tam about discarding grains... IMO, if people try the two recipes and like them, they may get curious and start looking into it. No such thing as bad press, hope to see more mentions there, and more paleo friendly items at the warehouses.

Woot! for small wins.

I've found that Costco is about as hip as a large mega-chain can get. The Costcos in Arizona were quick to stock coconut oil/almond butter/Kerrygold/grass fed beef/etc. and I often find a good selection of local products, such as a delightful raw Arizona honey that I frequently enjoy. That on top of the standard, massive, produce section (massive in size, not necessarily is variety...).

Or perhaps they were always there and I just never looked for them. Yay food.
