Ok so i got some sort of strep or tonsilitis a couple weeks ago, it was really bad for about 5 days. One side of my throat was swollen and I had a slight fever and cold symptoms. I used at home natural remedies to help get rid of it, as I am against anti-biotics and most doctors. But now, it has returned. My throat is completely swollen, it is extremely painful to swallow or even move my neck a certain way. I'm wondering what I should do. As of now I am using the remedies again..but is there a bigger problem? And I have read that the sickness will stay in my tonsils forever now so I might need t oget them removed.. is this true? Or can I cure them? Thanks

Hi NateTheGreat,

It is important to keep vitamin D levels up to prevent illness. I recommend supplemeting with at least 5,000IU Vitamin D3 each day. Depending on where you live, you may or may not be able to get any from the sun. It is extremely important for your body.

try grapefruit extract (GSE). 10-20 drops into an empty gel cap with plenty of water since it is strong in taste and acid.
