I've been doing strict paleo and no fodmaps for a while now and am still very sick (gas and bloating, constipation, diareaha, nausea (vomiting if I dont take lots of Zofran), lots of abdominal pain, plus automiminue symtoms like severe clubbing of the fingers, vascular hives, pain all over and fibromyalgia..etc..) I've decided to cut out the coconut oil too (I already cut out all nuts) as well as eggs and the only dairy I was still eating which was full fat pasture raised butter and occational cream. So I'm hopeing that will make a difference but I'm starting to feel pretty hopeless (and hungry lol). I have a lot of questions but I'll try to at least make them clear:
1.Is there any other obvios thing I shouldn't be eating? Or anything I should eat (can't eat anything fermented it makes my symptoms much worse) Am going to try bone broth as soon as I have someone to help me make it, am too tired and sick to tackle it on my own.
2.Without butter or coconut oil what fats should I use? I'm thinking olive oil and lard (tho I kno nothing about lard)? Is there anything else?
3.I'm on a ton of stomach meds including Erythromycin three times a day (for gastroperesis) which I've been taking for many years. My gastroenterologist says it won't harm the good bacteria in my gut. Is that true? Are some antibiotics ok?
4.My gastroenterologist says I'm unlikely to have SIBO and gastroperesis (delayed stomach emptying) at the same time. There are people on paleohacks who say they have both so I'm not sure if I should believe him. Should I try to get tested on my own somehow? There is a breath test for this right? Is it expensive?
5.Should I be worried about leaky gut? My gastroenterologist dismisses this too. Is there a test for that? I know there's supposed to be a link between leaky gut and automimmune disorders which makes me wonder. So many of my symptoms overlap different disorders how does anyone sort this out?
Any advice for any of these questions would be appriciated- sorry for the long muliple question- pretty desperate

I tend to believe this, bc it is not unlike what I experienced a few years ago. And paleo made it worse before it made it better.
(1) I'm interested to know how you feel without the cream. For me, even 1 tsp of cream a day causes brain fog, bloating, and extreme exhaustion.
(2) You're going to have to wean off the meds. At least for a short time, to see how you feel. You can always add them back if necessary.
(3) Gut issues are many-layered. You never "just" have gastroparesis, or reflux, or ibs, or low stomach acid, or gallbladder disease, etc. The system is complex, and you can have multiple issues both physical and biochemical. Doctors over-simplify bc their mission is to isolate and treat. That works sometimes, or at least it works well enough for them.
I have found a lot of help from this site:
She has a book coming out, but there is a lot of info on her site. I followed her SIBO protocol for a while and experience huge relief with my gut problems. (It's kind of like a paleo GAPS diet). Now I'm 100% paleo, and after decades of gut pain, all that's left is one tiny twinge (which may be endometriosis, so whatever!).

You need a CDSA 2.0 and a good doctor. Trying to ignore this problem could cause irreversible damage to your body.

If this is a real question, here are my answers:
Try eating chicken soup with zucchini and carrots, nothing else for a while.
If I were you, I would use fat from grass-fed beef.
Instead of erythromycin try something else. Antibiotics for many years will destroy your gut flora.
SIBO comes with impaired motility. Yes, you should get tested. Get a hydrogen-methane breath test.
If you have SIBO, you might have a leaky gut. There is a test, but it is costly. Most people can tell by their symptoms.

If you are real, just go eat something, anything that is actually food. This reads so badly that it sounds suspiciously like a little girl who has nothing better to do than troll paleohacks. If you are actually real. Eat food, preferably real food, but get enough calories into your body so that you can actually think clearly again, and ask coherent questions. One question at a time might help too.
Hopefully, it also dawns on you, at some point, that referring to yourself as a slut isn't a very good idea either.
