I don't know what could be causing this ill feeling I get in the afternoon. I'll give info about my life so you can see if anything in particular might be causing this. Or if you have experienced this yourself, what caused it, how did you get rid of it.

Sleep- 8-9 hours a day bed around 10-10.30.

Food Eat at 11am-12pm 4-5 days a week and eat breakfast at around 9 the other days. Eat dinner at 7-8PM.

Food nutrition. - Paleo except I eat popcorn and white rice (nearly every day). I also drink about once a week 2-3 drinks. Probably 70% paleo... I don't even know if that can really count as paleo anymore.

Excercise- Crossfit 5 days a week at 6PM.

Work- Desk job at a computer 9 hours a day. 15 minute walk in the afternoon.

Problem- at 2-4:30 or somewhere around that time in the afternoon I start to get headaches. I usually have to take ibuprofen to help. I feel nauseous and I have hot flushes. It usually goes away by about 5PM. I find it difficult to concentrate during these hours to the point where I feel like I can't work. It happens everyday when I am at work. It also happens on the weekends.

My energy levels are fine, I don't feel tired at all.

I have similar from too much staring at a computer, including the hot flushes and queasiness. It's like seasickness with a headache.

Have you had your eyes tested?

I work in an office and the other worker here gets horrible headaches if she stares at a computer screen for too long and also feels sick with flushes
