I don't know if there us anyway to prevent this but let me say a few things.
First, for over 3 years I've been having bloating issues, feeling really sick, feeling like I'm going to throw up, and some itchy skin issues.
Second, lately I've been feeling like I have a brick in my stomach. I feel weighed down, and not healthy.
Third, I find that I eat a big breakfast, eat a small lunch because I'm not hungry, and then for dinner I don't feel hungry. Then, and hour later I'm starving.
Has anyone expeirienced any of these things? I'm thinking of going on a no nightshade diet, and I'm gluten free. Yogurt makes me feel sick so I avoid that and direct milk!
Is there anyway that I can help my body? Herbs? Apple cider vinegar? Turmeric?
