Anyone making shoe changes with paleo?

I am a woman who wore high heels all the time....and I stand all day. Before I would have been buried in my heels and there was nothing anyone could have done to change my mind. All of the sudden it was as if I woke up one day and decided this is crazy! I bought a simple pair of leather ballet flats with no support and haven't looked back. I didn't even kno paleo suggested against arch support and whatnot. I am even thinking of ebaying my heels. Has anyone experienced other similar lifestyle changes without even realizing it.

I'm with you! Not really sure if I'm trying to be healthier or if I've just gotten lazy, but I have a closet full of heels that I never wear anymore. These days, if I'm not barefoot, I'm in flip flops, my Merrell Pace Gloves or minimalist ballet flats (at work). On the rare occasion I do pull out a pair of heels, I always regret it. :\

You'll find the shoe discussion is brought up often here. Many "paleo people" have made better foot decisions for themselves.
