So here's the skinny on my inquiry. I work at a place, 5am-5pm and strongly desire a raise. These two jobs are up 4:15am-415pm and another one that is 5:00pm-5am... Both of these options entail working very odd hours I'm not happy about picking up. The rotational 12 hour shifts really cut into my gym time majorly so I'm screwed no matter what on that front. So my question to you my health minded paleo friends is which would you opt for? They're roughly the same in terms of phsycial exherstion and stress... One on nights might be a little more physical the one in the am might be a bit more stressful.. 3am is a RIDICULOUS time to wake up but I figure it's healthier than staying up ALL NIGHT so I'm leaning toward the 4:15 job. Thoughts? Advice?
