raw egg smoothie, like Rocky, I have done this. Personally, a proper meal works best - based around tubers and protein post work out. A steak with plantain / sweet potato / parsnip / beetroot / squash / potato is my preference.

I had to google to find the ingredients, and I think I found the one you linked to. With that said, it looks like a green drink with a bunch of vegan protein sources. I wouldn't drink it, but to each their own.
