John, I would highly recommend a meditation practice. Learn to become very present. And throw in a little dirty talk now and again. Highly paleo. :)

I am a man.

Also, take the time to learn about YOUR woman's body. That is where being present and noticing things is key. There are very few one-size fits all tricks. Some women like their hair pulled, others like a good smack on the butt, others like it when you put your hand around their neck. Some of them like all of the above. There's nibbling on the neck and ears, biting the back of the neck, so on and so forth.

I think the key as a man (in my limited experience) is to take charge. You are responsible for making her feel good but in a way that also makes YOU feel good. Right?

As for supplements, I find that ginger and cinnamon help a lot with blood flow to the nether regions, Arginine words great as a general men's tonic as well. If you want to know what it does, do a google search for "Peter North". Don't do that at work or in front of your kids though.

Red meat is good for a man, the iron, B vitamins, and zinc all help with sperm production and libido (i.e. testosterone, read 4 hour body by Tim Ferris for his recommendations, he also recommends plenty of Vitamin D and pastured butter).
