Can I put seasoning on my meats, chicken, and fish? Like complete seasoning and adobo seasoning?

I use seasonings all the time, but I use spices that are single ingredient items. Many of the "seasonings" you buy at a store might have tons of stuff in them that aren't spices or food items. Buy a wide variety of spices and then use them liberally if you like.

Absolutely! Onion, garlic, ginger, scallion, shallot, black pepper, hot pepper, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, coriander, fennel, paprika, lemon, lime, cilantro, parsley, rosemary, thyme, mint, chives, nutmeg, clove, allspice, dill...the sky's the limit!
