New social network matches people based on gut bacteria

Can we really match people based on gut bacteria? Who knows, but I do think it would be interesting to collect data on our various microbial networks. I'm interested to know if people think there is viable use (scientifically, socially, whatever) for this kind of network and data.

Also, I thought it was kind of funny. Enjoy.

The old gut feeling still works best. A kiss is still a kiss, a sigh is still a sight, a microbial analysis is still a microbial analysis. Play it again, Sam.
