I'm looking for a premium wheat/soy/corn-free organic oyster sauce.
On wikipedia, I see a few health concerns for contaminants: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oyster_sauce#Health
And on this site, I see a post (http://paleohacks.com/questions/101955/best-brand-of-fish-oyster-and-hoison-sauce) that mentions:
Oyster & Hoisin sauces are sweet, and contain sugar, or, in the case of sugar-free versions, artificial sweeteners. All versions I've seen, even 'traditional' and 'natural' ones, use either wheat flour or corn starch, as well as sugar.
Where can I get the good stuff?
