What do you think about this video on Saturated Fat?

Just came across this video which is very interesting on Sat Fats.. spoken by Dr. Miller. Professor of surgery, cardiothoracic division, Univ. Washington.

As paleo/primal stuff becomes more mainstream, it's going to be weird to hear it coming out of the mouths of people who don't really know what they're talking about. Not that this guy doesn't, but he tickles my skepticism nerves. Always a good thing, I guess.

It's really long, and I don't like to watch people read their talks. But it's good to see a cardiologist advocating healthy eating.

The information seems pretty good, but the guy isn't the greatest speaker. Did he say Canada fungus?

It's a little dry, but full of good info. I didn't really hear anything I didn't already know, but it would be great for someone new to the subject.
