Is there any good evidence for negative effects of saturated fat at reasonable daily intakes?
I am familiar with the literature of the largely benign effects of saturated fat on heart disease and insulin resistance, so I am mainly looking for other potential negative effects.
I use to be scared of saturated fat on the SAD, so it is a major change to be able to embrace it. It still kind of makes me nervous though since it is so commonly demonized on the SAD. Thanks!
