AGE's reminds me a lot of the anti-oxidant "theory" sure it sounds bad but what is its practical application? Let's examine the macronutrient he suggests-saturated fat.

Saturated fat has been proven to jack up your endothelial cells, something a lot more practical and real-world problematic than AGE's. Even if you don't suffer an MI from the plaque, having stuffed up vessels is not optimal.
