tapioca based crepe or wrap

Hi, Im in desperate need of a tapioca or arrowroot based crepe or wrap. I cant do coconut or nuts. I was thinking maybe pork rind flour and tapioca?

You don't need "pork rind flour" (although if you want to add some in, I'm not going to stop you) - you really just need tapioca starch (also referred to as cassava, yuca starch) and some eggs. I made small ones just guessing at a recipe (starch, eggs, a little water) but you can find recipes if you google ... here's one: http://www.paleoplan.com/2011/05-13/want-something-bready-eat-this/
