High Diastolic Blood Pressure Measurments

I have been having these cracking joints and muscle/tendon pain, which I posted about here some time ago here.

Since I've been having cold hands and feet to go along with these symptoms, I thought these problems could be related to bad blood circulation.

So now I tested my blood pressure and I got these results:

Systolic: 120 mmHg Diastolic: 99 mmHg

30 minutes later:

Systolic: 127 mmHg Diastolic: 101 mmHg

My diastolic values seem to be way to high for a 25 yr old male like me. It seems like I am suffering from 'isolated diastolic hypertension'

All my symptoms have occured since I started eating Paleo. Do you guys think this is due to me making an error in my Paleo diet?

The only think I can think of is using too much salt, which I add to my daily eggs and meat.

The very first thing that anybody should look at is their intake of magnesium and potassium, not salt. Magnesium and potassium are important for regulating blood pressure, and most people don't get enough of them. Be sure to get enough in the diet or to supplement with them. If it doesn't correct itself then start looking elsewhere.
