Eating out and Traveling.....frustrated!

Soo......this is getting to me.....it feels like I can't complete this 30 day challenge since I'm traveling.....I went to Texas Roadhouse....ordered a fillet mignon, steamed veggies and baked potato...no seasoning, butter, etc. Veggies and potato came but ok but turns out the steak and some salty seasoning on it.....and there no salt..... :(

Do you start over on something like this? How do you trust the people making your food make it as requested to ensure you can complete the challenge?

Did you ask for no salt? I just found out salt is apart of the diet since the food contains so little salt.

I felt like Texas Roadhouse was one of the more enjoyable restaurant experiences I've had since going gluten free/paleo. I ordered a grilled steak, a baked potato and another baked sweet potato. The waitress was attentive when I explained my dairy allergy (this isn't the case everywhere) and that I couldn't have sour cream or butter etc put on anything. Sorry that you didn't have as much luck with them =(. All I can say is you will have to send your food back if something is wrong with it cuz you gotta be able stick with your diet plan anywhere!
