craving salt- eating evil cotton seed oil peanuts

my husband bought them- it's not my fault!! they are roasted with those devil oils. what's a good, crunchy, salty alternative?

I second this for the Pork Rinds. UTZ fries theirs in lard!

  • Macadamia nuts
  • Pork rinds
  • Carrots with salt
  • any vegetable with salt
  • dehydrated meat(more chew than crunch)

Also, try crispy kale which should be really good for you!

Finally, keep in mind that raw celery without additional salt can really alleviate that craving.
