Salmon jerky recommendations

Do you all eat Salmon jerky as a snack? If so, then can you recommend a good source? It needs to be gluten free by ingredients at least for me. Not too high in sodium. Needs to be not fishy. Something pemmican-like would be ok if it meets these requirements but reviews on Amazon aren't good for it. Instructions on how to make it at home with a convection oven would also be welcome.

You want something that's 99% fish but "not fishy"? Good luck.

To tell you the truth Richard I'm not sure I looked at the beef stuff. The salmon was in the seafood section. I usually make my own or buy from US Wellness.

I bought some SnackMasters brand at Whole Foods and it was completely inedible (and that's not a work I use lightly) Some pieces were hard as rocks. Some were mushy and mealy. All tasted terrible. I thought maybe I got a bad batch so I bought another bag. No. It's all just horrible. I was so traumatized by the experience I have no desire to ever try Salmon jerky again.

I make it myself in my nesco dehydrator: slice salmon thinly, sprinkle with Himalayan salt.

I had a sample of Ruby Bay King Salmon Jerky, teriyaki flavor, at a race I went to in May 2012, and it was very good. I would buy it and recommend it to others. It is intensely flavored, slightly salty, and has a little more give than beef jerky. There is a bit of a fish aftertaste, but it is not overpowering. The teriyaki had a slightly sweet flavor. It was very good quality. I preferred it to good quality beef jerky. I've heard you can get it at Whole Foods and Stew Leonards here in CT, and I will check next time I go to one of those stores.

I just got back from Seattle and I found Salmon Jerky everywhere up there. I would do some local web searches for the area and you'll probably find some pretty good stuff.
