Are "Ocean Eclipe" 4 oz. salmon packages legitimate salmon?

I've heard that some salmon is just tilapia (which is ridiculous). I can get these frozen packages of salmon for about $1.30 for 4 ounces of salmon. That's about $5.20/lb. Is this too good to be true?

Here's their site.

I'd use caution because they state "We are a full service company that started on the ground floor of processing seafood in China." Their salmon is wild, but is probably NOT Alaskan salmon (they don't show origin that I could find). I just don't trust Chinese food processing or the cleanliness of the waters.

Apparently, they're legit. Their wild salmon filets are listed as MSC sustainability certified.

"some salmon is just tilapia" is the scariest thing I have heard all day. is there labeling that differentiates it? Something like they do with Surimi or Krab?
