Has anyone seen the paleo salmon?

I have seen Lascaux, and 10 years later read about this shallow cave nearby.

25,000 years ago they were catching salmon. Probably spawned out fish, based on the hooked lower jaw. A one meter salmon in its prime would have been extreme fishing for a paleo.

Yeah, getting salmon on the Vezere was probably more gathering than it was hunting. My grandpa had to keep his dogs away from spawned out dead salmon, to keep them from getting sick.

we were pretty extreme scavengers. Bears will not eat them if they have a choice.
