I work night shift .I eat one big meal a day ,which contains a big salad ( lettuce, green pepper ,cabbage , ) the dressing will be olive oil and vinegar , sometimes I add Hummus on the top of my salad . Whole grain rice with mushroom ,

chick-peas or kidney beans ,onion, carrots , green and red pepper ,Brandi and broccoli .

My next meal would be when I get home almost 5 to 6 hours after I had my lunch . it would be a big cereal and raisin bowl with 1%milk .

I lost 20lbs eating this way ,but I'm stuck at 151lbs and I'm willing to continue loosing weight to accomplish my goal ...Please help me

Overeating raisin bran gave me T2 diabetes so I quit eating it. You're not obese by any means but I wouldn't put it on the top of my list as a good food to eat, despite the heart-healthy label on the package.

Where's the meat? Getting some protein and fat into your diet would help, both to build some muscle and to provide satiation. Put some steak or seafood on your salad instead of the hummus. Eat some sardines for snacks.

At 151 lbs exercise is your ally for losing weight. It doesn't have to be intense, just frequent.

In general you would want to avoid sugary things,

E.G. The milk, raisins and probably your cereal.

assuming your goal is weight loss. The things the previous poster recommended may make you feel better/healthier, but cutting out dairy/legumes/grains won't necessarily impact weight loss.

In general one of the best things you can do is work out, the more muscle you have the better your body will burn energy. Also I can't imagine the night shift thing is helping too much, there may be some things you can do to mitigate the issues though.

It also isn't uncommon to hit road-blocks in weight loss that take some time to get over...also not losing weight doesn't necessarily mean you arn't losing fat.

yes, this sounds like the very worst plan to be healthy and lose weight. do you know what paleo eating is? because you are on a paleo website and this means you shouldn't eat exactly the food you mentioned. we don't eat any beans, wheat is a big no-no and some do dairy, but if they do, it's whole raw milk. you should eat much more fat, good proteins and leafy greens to lose weight. include weight-lifting.
