Ive recently dropped all carbs(SAD) from my diet except fruits/vegetables ( I still consume about 200+ [grams? calories?] carbs from fruits/vegetables alone ). I have never been a big bread kinda person anyway, but occasionally after a long run I would enjoy splurging on a big sandwich. But recently, I decided its time to go cave-man training ( its what I call it ) cause I wanna get back to doing 10m a day.
Anyway, to the point. I have become SUPER flexible. It was almost overnight. Is there some type of correlation to flexibility, paleo life-style, and SAD?

I find that I am much more flexible after starting Paleo eating. The inflammation of my joints is basically gone after only a month and a half. My arthritis is gone. No meds necessary after needing them for years. I believe it is because I have totally deleted grains from my diet!
